Looking forward to our Parenting Seminar tomorrow, Wednesday, February 9, from 7- 8pm, in the First Pres Sanctuary. This 60 minute class will be presented by Mary Cape, a certified pediatric sleep and behavior specialist and owner of Beanstalk Sleep Consulting. This presentation will address sleep practices, age-appropriate schedules, nap time, navigating bedtime battles and night waking. We’ll also discuss parenting tools that will help support your child through tantrums, picky eating, potty readiness and more!
