We are adding to our VR clinical experience and can now “cast” it onto a large screen to be viewed by others so all can be in the scenario if desired. The students enjoy it and learn in a safe environment where you can make a mistake but work hard so that you don't. Our program keeps growing and simulation is a vital part of the curriculum.

We are always busy with class, studying, projects, clinical and more. Sometimes we have an opportunity to do a scenario with our Virtual Reality headsets. It’s a fun experience but they learn a lot, too. Here’s a few in action. Feel free to share with your friends and family!

And just like that this group of JR’s completed their first day in simulation. They did such a great job. The rest of the JR’s had their first day in clinical at different locations. I’ll share pics when I get a few.

It’s Healthcare Simulation Week! Our Sim Team loves what we do and the students we do it for. Next time you’re in the lab give the manikins a high-five. They work really hard, too. 😝😁

Busy day in skills and VR lab. Honored to have Senator Tom Cotton visit our campus and tour our nursing building. More photos to come but wanted to share a little moment of such an exciting day.

Busy day for practicing skills and doing simulation. Such a great group of students I have a feeling we will be posting pictures of them working hard all school year long! And the staff, well I’d say we are building the best yet! We are missing our fearless leader, Dr.Divine but we will make sure she’s in the next one. Hang on Henderson because we are so REDDIE for success!!
