🍎 Meet the Teaching Team 🍎

We are so happy to introduce our new dance teacher, Ms. Emerson! Emerson graduated from Michigan State University last May and moved to Texas to work with a local church and college ministry. She joins the Oaks family with four years of experience dancing at the collegiate level as well as experience dancing competitively in high school. Emerson is so excited to work with our students and pour into the young dancers here at Oaks School of Argyle.

✨ Meet the Leadership Team ✨

We are excited to introduce Kara Gabbert, our Chapel Teacher and After-School Coordinator! For the past six years, Kara has faithfully served our school family, first at The Nest and now at Oaks School. Her joyful spirit, servant's heart, and unwavering faith have made a lasting impact on our students, families, and faculty.

Kara graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Education and Reading, along with a minor in Spanish. She also brings more than 10 years of experience in children's ministry, where she has passionately shared God's love and helped children grow in their faith.

One of Kara's gifts is her ability to bring the Bible to life through engaging, interactive lessons filled with role-playing, games, puppets, and hands-on experiences. We are so excited for her to bring this same creativity and enthusiasm to our chapel program, helping our students connect with God's Word in meaningful and memorable ways.

Please join us in celebrating her and thanking her for the incredible difference she makes in the lives of our students every day!

Before the classrooms fill with little voices and big smiles, some of our staff gathered for one last summer get-together. 💚 It was a wonderful evening filled with laughter, catching up on summer adventures, and getting excited for the year ahead.
