A plastic bottle. Sand. A coffee filter. And a jar of muddy water.
Selwyn middle schoolers designed and built their own water purification systems, then took them outside to pour in muddy water and watch what came out the bottom.
That is what project-based learning looks like here. A problem, a prototype and a test you can see with your own eyes.
Our 5th through 8th grade program is intentionally small, so every student gets their hands on the work.
