🍂 Instead of reaching for the phone first thing in the morning, start with a specific gratitude.

🍁 Align your thoughts with God’s Truths. For example: When we fear scarcity, we replace those thoughts by repeating, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want”, (Psalm 23:1, ESV).

🍂 Look Forward: Set a small goal, and stick to it.
