The Sicilian Project Disaster Relief Fund

When disaster strikes, the most vulnerable often have nowhere to turn.

The Sicilian Project’s General Disaster Relief Fund was created to respond quickly when unexpected crises impact communities. Through the generosity of donors around the world, we are able to deliver urgent humanitarian assistance to those who need it most.

For years, The Sicilian Project has empowered students through English language education and academic grants. Recently, we've decided to expand that mission by working with trusted local volunteers to provide immediate relief during times of hardship, whether caused by natural disasters, economic emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

A tax-deductible gift of any size can help provide essential resources, support families in crisis, and restore hope in difficult moments. Every contribution goes directly toward helping those most in need. Together, we can respond with compassion, act with urgency, and make a real difference in the lives of others.

Today was our last lesson with our Young Learners Group B for this scholastic year 💙

Another beautiful journey filled with learning, laughter, growth and special moments together. We are so proud of every single child and grateful to all the families for their trust and support throughout the year.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to Banca San Francesco and especially Marcello Cipollina for always welcoming us so warmly, and to The Sicilian Project for their dedication towards our community’s children.

Today was the last lesson of our Young Learners Group A 🌞📚💕
During today’s lesson we spoke about the months, the seasons and of course everyone’s favourite season… unanimously SUMMER! ☀️😄 We then ended our journey together with the presentation of their certificates, a moment that always fills me with pride and emotion. ❤️
Looking forward to continuing this beautiful journey together next year. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all those who continue to support our cause and believe in the importance of giving these children new opportunities through the English language. 🙏
