Weekly pose tip:
Good posture IS one of the most important components of a pretty photo! (Thank you to my teenage ballet teacher!)
I always tell the women in front of my camera to imagine a string at the back of their neck gently lifting them up
Then, breathe gently as you roll your shoulders down your back and gently tilt your chin down.👌
If you still feel tense or that imagery isn’t working for you, pull your shoulder blades together, take a deep breath, then roll your shoulders down.
This one things makes such a big difference on camera.

I’m a mommy to a crazy little red head, and I’m passionate about traveling, photography and making an impact on other women's lives! My photography passion started at a young age, when my sister and I would give our fellow home school girls makeovers and a photo shoot! I’ve been a professional photographer for three years now and I specialize in fashion based high school seniors, boudoir, and wed
Take a little preview into the studio and how Alison and I got over 300 photos from one photo shoot. 🙌👌

As a past model and current photographer, posing for photos is one of my favorite parts of the photshoot. So much of this is teaching you how to move, not just pose. I’ll guide you the whole way so it looks effortless.
Post tip of the week: movement. A huge part of looking good on camera and getting a full gallery is small, intentional movements, think subtle shoulder shifts, slow spins, and photogenic walking. Let me know if you guys would want some specific videos on how to do this
Here is a preview of an Instagram video for one of our brand clients.
We’ve started offering quarterly branding packages that include a custom mix of photos, videos, and content, so we can plan your entire quarter of social and traditional marketing together. Yay for stress free posting.

Most people ask what my favorite part of your session is, and it’s honestly hard to choose.
I love prepping the experience for you.
I love posing and photographing as many strategic looks as possible.
I love knowing you can use your photos for a whole quarter or year.
And I love the after.
What many people don’t know is that after you leave, I get right to work editing your photos. And I love a good, solid, full edit. (Note: lots of photographer only do color correction and not full edits) Yes, I am going to edit those eye bags, bruises, and hair flyaways. I am making sure that contour is just right in every photo. And if needed, I will absolutely do body contouring to make sure you look like the best version of you.
Why body contouring? Because your photos should always look as close to you as possible. But one thing a photo can miss is your personality, movement, and breath. A photo catches one tiny moment and I make sure it looks like the best version of you, shaping each image so it truly reflects your beauty.
Most women come in saying,
“this is for my partner.”
They leave with confidence, direction, and images they never thought were possible because they were guided and had everything taken care of.
