Congratulations to our AIS Teacher of the Year!

Join us this Saturday for a FREE Community Fair and Summit at Argyle High School in Canyon Falls! Learn more about emergency preparedness. Come out and meet U.S. Congressman Michael C. Burgess, MD., join us from 8am - 9am for a "Touch the Trucks" event for the kids to check out the emergency vehicles and the Careflight helicopter. There will be a kids zone with free crafts, face painting and a coloring area. Come grab some free donuts and coffee, walk around and check out the over thirty exhibits, pick up free giveaways and learn how to make an emergency preparedness kit. Beginning at 9am in the AHS Auditorium there will be keynote speakers covering school safety, weather and there will be a bite dog and drug dog demonstration along with so much more!!

THE DEADLINE TO ORDER A SHIRT IS TOMORROW, APRIL 10th.

The AIS PTA is giving you the opportunity to buy a Class of 2029 T-shirt at a discounted price. PTA is paying a portion of the price for each student to have a shirt- parents only pay $10 for a student shirt. Scholarships are available. Pre-sales are open April 1-10. Shirts will be delivered to students' homeroom classes on May 16. We are hoping students will wear their Class of 2029 shirt on the last day of school so that we can take a big Class of 2029 picture of all the students. These pictures are fun to have as the students get older and especially when they are Seniors! If you would like to purchase a parent shirt or additional shirts for $15.75 each, you may do that. (The discounted price of $10 is only available for 1 shirt per 5th grade student.)
