We’ve had a great start to our “Travel Far & Get Lost in a Book” Spring Fair! We will have all of next week to enjoy our travels with Book Fair Airlines. See you there!

We had a special Guest Reader in the Library this week! Officer Sabrina read to some our Kindergarten and 1st Grade classes for a special Valentine Treat.

The January Toddler Story Time was “snow” special today with all the friends that joined us! It was the perfect start to this snowy weekend that’s coming up! We read books about snowmen, built a Magical Snowman, sang songs about snow, and checked out bags of books for families to participate in the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten Program. We invite your preschool child to join us at our next story time in February AISD Argyle West Elementary!

It was a great week in the Library with Kinder students and Winter Animal stations! We learned about Hibernation by going into a Bear’s den, Adaptation by pretending to be an Arctic Hare in the snow, and different types of habitats for winter animas. We even made an Igloo craft!
