Our fine arts showed out today!!!

Concert band performed amazing and had the highest rating possible on stage!! They earned an overall superior rating and the coveted Sweepstakes Trophy! Way to go Longhorns!!!

We love when kids find creative ways to take home their band and orchestra instruments! Happy practicing!

Beginning Band had a great first rehearsal yesterday! So exciting getting all the instruments together for the first time! These kids are gonna sound awesome at the concert next Tuesday! One more rehearsal tomorrow after school.

Earning a spot in one of the four all-region bands is no easy task. Over 1400 students from Denton, Lewisville, Northwest, Argyle, and Lake Dallas ISDs auditioned for a spot!! We are in one of the most competitive regions in Texas!

Elena Williams, 8th grader, was the 6th Tuba overall and earned a spot in the top region band, the Wind Symphony.

Carson Stone, 7th grader, was the 15th Horn overall and earned a spot in the 2nd region band, the Honor Band.

Congratulations to these hardworking musicians!!!

We are so proud of all the Harpool Band members that committed time and energy to this audition process. Many of them were overcoming some of their biggest fears just by auditioning! Keep up the good work, y'all are awesome.
