Well we traveled out to Minnesota to catch these beauties. Stayed at The Ivy in downtown Minneapolis and drove south to the farm fields. Great night! Don’t burn the day!!

Ireland is one of the greatest adventures you will ever have! From Giants Causway, to the Cliffs of Moher, to the Bow St. Jameson distillery where they have kept every differentiated batch created displayed on the wall, to the taste testing tours (I guessed each whiskey correctly by taste test) to the Trinity college library (same library they filmed Harry Potter library scenes in) and ancient churches from 1010 AD where the battle flags from every battle the people of the church have fought in history are still hanging from the clerestory, you can NOT go wrong hopping over to Ireland

Iceland - the land of fire and ice. This glacial cave melts and reforms every season due to the partial melting and refreezing of the glacier every year. The glacier is the second largest in Europe. You can go back year after year and never get the same pictures or landscape because of the melt and refreeze. The black streaks in the ice are ash and pieces of trees from a Volcanic explosion during the last ice age that have been captured in time. Truly magical.

Italian winery tour anyone? Tenuta Di Castiglioni Frescobaldi Winery in the Province of Tuscany is the way to go! Family owned and operated since the 1300’s the Frescobaldi family is wine making royalty.
