BDR - The Lab Athletics Owned and Operated by Brandye Trisciani. We specialize in Sports Performance for athletes of all ages. Our athletes are more than “clients.” BDR is a FAMILY!

We offer private, semi-private, and group strength & conditioning classes for youth and adults. BDR Strength & Conditioning/Sports Specialties is privately owned and operated by Brandye Trisciani, CPT, USAW Sports Performance Coach. Established in 2013 in a 1 car garage, we have continued to grow and evolve in our craft. Our coaches are dedicated to providing our athletes with a challenging,high energy, fun, atmosphere.
