3D CNC Machining The 3D – CNC Machining program provided the student with a comprehensive level of understanding of conventional and multi-axis machining techniques.

https://cncexpert.com/stephen-hadwin By converting design ideas into working drawings utilizing sketches and modeling methods and manufacturing the products designed using CNC/CAM technology, students will learn various manufacturing processes, such as machining, injection molding, compression molding and composite manufacturing. Students will use these processes to see the final product of their work.

Not exactly. But Apple is proving something important: metal 3D printing is no longer just for prototypes.

It's amazing what ChatGPT can do. I uploaded an image of my young machining career, prompted the machining sequence I used for making a hex bar out of round bar on a horizontal manual boring mill. These images were created and I feel represent the intent of this post. My prompt had more detail, but it is amazing what our AI can do. The machine layout could be improved, but I think you get a good idea of what is happening. All with a detailed prompt. Wow! This was the first machining work I was assigned when I went to work for Southern Bolt & Fastener in 1975. We were located on Montgomery Street right off N. Market in Shreveport LA. No AC or Heat on the shop floor, this was a WWII vintage machine. Using a 10" Kennametal face mill with 30 inserts. Pretty cool image simulation!!
