Shelley's Sweet & Chunky Salsa Shelley's salsa began in 2011 in Arcola, IL. We can be found in stores all around the area.

The town of Arcola, located in central Illinois, has a large Amish and Hispanic population. Like our people, Shelley's Sweet & Chunky Salsa is a great mix of flavors, not too hot and a little sweet. We hope you enjoy the picture of our barn built in 1908 as much as you enjoy Shelley's Salsa!

The 2026 Illinois Product Store is officially OPEN! The Product Store is located in the Illinois Department of Agriculture Tent at Main Street and Central Avenue, next to the high dive at the Illinois State Fair.

The Illinois Product Store features a variety of vendors from across the state including Mrs. Fisher's Potato Chips, Shelley's Sweet & Chunky Salsa, Skitopel, XO Marshmallow, Balm.and.Bee, Berries & Flour, Bakery & Harvest Goods, Fired Up Jellies and Jams, Glaciers End, and more!

You don't want to miss it! Come ready to shop, leave happy, and support your favorite local makers & creators. Hours are 10am-8pm the duration of the fair and 10am-6pm on the last Sunday of the fair.
