Archdale Friends School

Archdale Friends School AFS is a half-day, private Christian Preschool. Archdale Friends Meeting is blessed to have high quality child care and educational opportunities.

Archdale Friends School offers a ministry which encourages each student to grow and develop as the unique individual that God created him/her to be. This is accomplished by providing a Christian/Quaker atmosphere that encourages the growth of students spiritually, cognitively, physically, socially and emotionally. Our half day preschool offers 2,3,4,5 day programs. Our regular operating hours are

9am-12noon. Optional lunch bunch is available until 1pm for an additional fee. Students participate in several enrichment programs to enhance their daily experience. Worship, Music, Science Lab, Creature Teacher and Little Chef's are included in the tuition fee. Letterland Curriculum, a multisensory curriculum used in most public schools, is used to enhance learning. Preschool Summer Camp operates for 8 weeks in the summer and offers fun activities all while learning about the Bible. Children 18 months (and walking) to Pre-K age are welcome to attend. What a fun last week of Creation Celebration Camp we have had!!🌏We enjoyed the lessons, art, special guest, fun games and activities and just spending time together making precious memories with friends! 🐝🎶It has been such a blessing to us, the AFS staff to be a part of this camp with your children. We find Joy in teaching the children about God’s Creation of our world and of each one of them. What a loved, kind, curious, energetic, unique individual each one of them are 💜
We will miss our Littles that are headed to kindergarten this year. Friday we cried, hugged and shared stories with those sweet babies and their parents. Go Shine your Light and do great things little ones. 🥰Our prayers go with you. 🙏🏻💙

On Day 3 God Created the Land, Plants and Trees!
Last week our kiddos got to plant their very own Zinnia plant with Mrs. Tracy and Mrs. B!
They can watch it grow into a beautiful flower…..they should see sprouts in 7-14 days and beautiful flowers within 35 days!
This was such a fun activity with them! 🫶🏼🌸🙏🏼
