It’s funny how some of the best athletes in the world can’t perform a perfect squat, Yet every kid we get to create a perfect squat and build strength pretty much becomes a better athlete. Assessing and addressing compensations or weak links and building these fundamental patterns up is what makes us Funtional. Not building strength on top of poor patterns..
