RCM Arcata Cross Country team had another great, if soggy and slippery meet today. We hosted at Northridge McKay Community Forest. Bryan was there to help and cheer again.
RCM came in 2nd place by ONE point. Alder Grove earned 14 while RCM earned 15.
If that sounds wrong, it's because the team with lowest points wins.
1st place = 1 point, 2nd place = 2 points, etc.
For the Coast League, the top 3 finishers are counted for team points.
There is still time for 7th-12th graders to join our team.

RCM Foxes hosted a Coast League Cross Country meet today at RCM Manila. It's a tough and beautiful route along the inner dune trail, up and over to the beach and on back to the Manila track.
RCM took 1st, 2nd, 5th, 6th and 8th(1st female) places.
Bryan came out to cheer and guide runners back off the beach. It was a perfect opportunity to ham it up with the new van he secured before retiring.
It's still OK to join the team if any high schoolers want to run.
It's OK to walk/run or be fast. Ask Janean for Field Trip and Sports Participation forms.
