The goal of all abusive people- of all sh*tty people, in fact- is to suck all the beauty, kindness, and love, out of you. They violently envy the light they see in you. So, they do whatever they can to try and break your spirit. To make you JUST LIKE THEM.

NEVER...and, I mean NEVER... let them win. Regardless of what they do to you, or how many times they knock you down... You get the f*ck back up, dust yourself off, and shine even brighter than before. As a matter of fact... go ahead and blind the motherf*ckers. 😎

Your beauty, your capacity to love, your compassion and kindness... that's who you are. And, while there are certainly many things narcissists are able to take from you- the essence of who you are, is not one of those things. No one can strip you of who you are, without your permission.

Don't ever give anyone permission. You're too beautiful. And the world needs all the beauty it can get. ❤

Happiness heals. I know from personal experience- watching myself and my children heal out of trauma and blossom into self-loving humans… and it all started because I made the decision to be happy 😃
