A study found that the most productive age in human life is 60-70 years old. The 2nd is from 70-80. The 3rd is from 50-60. The average age of NOBEL PRIZE winners is 62. Of CEOs of prominent companies is 63 years. Of pastors of the 100 largest churches in the U.S. is 71. N.Engl.J .Med. May 8th 1986. A book review also published in N. Engl J.Med found at age 60, you reach the TOP of your potential and this continues into your 80s. Therefore, if you are 60-70 or 70-80 you MAY have the BEST and 2nd best opportunity in your life to produce meaningful accomplishments that can leave a lasting positive legacy! 💍Why say “yes” to AFEPI?
Here are some common questions I get about AFEPI & answers as to why we are different. 👇🏼

Would you consider trusting AFEPI for your future Estate Planning needs? 👇🏼

1. 👩🏼‍💼Does your Estate Planner specialize in estate planning and study it on a daily basis? Or is it just one subject they had in law school (1/2 semester)? Probate laws change regularly. Make sure you choose someone who specializes in this area. Those who study this every day and know how to navigate the system will prevent issues for your family in the future.
(A large portion of our business is fixing “trusts” that were NOT done correctly by someone who can legally do a trust but doesn’t specialize in estate planning. Make sure your Trust is worth the paper it’s written on.)

2. 💰Will AFEPI charge me by the hour for every question and what if my family needs help in the future?
Answer: AFEPI has one flat fee (no expensive hourly rate). Many attorneys make money on probate and probate court after their client dies. It is expensive and time consuming. Does your attorney recommend a Will even though it will cost your family more? Ask yourself “Why is that?”

3.🏡🔥What if there is a house fire, or you lose your Trust?
Answer: If your Trust is lost, we will always have a FREE secure copy.

4. ☠️What if your estate attorney passes away, retires or disappears and you can’t find your Trust? Unlike individual attorneys, AFEPI is made up of multiple attorneys and advisors . There will always be someone around to help your family navigate your Trust documents if needed.
