Attended a great FC Degree at Englewood 360 tonight. Great job, Jeff Mcalpine and team performing the degree.
District 23 was well represented as well as Peace River Lodge 66.

Leadership is more about inspiring people than it is about compelling people.

Never stop trying.

Freemasonry Is Built on 3 Degrees.

That’s it.

At its core, Freemasonry is made up of three degrees:

🔹 Entered Apprentice – The beginning. Your first step into the Craft.
🔹 Fellow Craft – Growth. Learning, working, and understanding your place.
🔹 Master Mason – Completion of the journey… and the real work begins.

A lot of people don’t realize this.

They hear about the Shriners, the Scottish Rite, the York Rite, the Eastern Star, and others…

But here’s the truth:

Every one of those paths begins with the same foundation.

You must first become a Master Mason.

Everything else is optional.
Additional light.
More opportunity to serve, learn, and grow.

But none of it exists without those first three steps.

Freemasonry isn’t about titles or levels…

It’s about becoming a better man, one degree at a time.

And it all starts the same way it always has:

With the courage to knock. 🚪
