Good Afternoon ACA Families, the below message is from the photographer regarding fall pictures. What she does not say in her message is that she is covering the cost of the reprints and is not asking for any help in doing so. This is one of those situations where it was not the small business' fault, but she is still is doing her best to make it right for everyone that purchased. So I am asking that if you truly do not need your photos reprinted, please do not add extra cost to her for a big company mistake. (Photogrpaher message): Dear Parents,
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the recent print color issues. I understand that the color tones were not representative of the quality and editing you normally receive from Brandy Lynn Photography, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to correct this. The deadline to have all images submitted to the lab for reprinting is October 8, 2026. This will allow me to ensure that any images affected by the poor print quality are properly corrected and returned to parents. If you are happy with the color and quality of your child’s prints, no action is needed. If you are not satisfied with the color, please reach out so I can make sure your images are corrected.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Brandy
