Then, something happened that changed everything and presented me with the challenge of my life...cancer. Through that hard but successful struggle, my priorities changed and the dream of creating a place where anyone of any age or talent could come express themselves in a safe and beautiful environment, slowly began to take the shape of reality. The Art Center was born of hard work by friends and family and is today an ongoing dream come true."
