Attention seniors & families of seniors in the AHS class of 2027! Now is the time to get your senior portraits scheduled! The Van Zantes are accepting appointments for sittings on campus in the Oak Grove starting 6/22 (slots available from 10 AM to 4:30 PM).
Additional appointments can be made for the following dates:
June 24, 25, 26
July 6, 7, 8
August 6 & 7.
These are the photos that will be featured in the 2926-27 yearbook!
Basic sittings are free, with packages available for additional outfits, even additional locations!

Busy day of hands-on work Wednesday. CTE Engineering Technology Students worked on various catapulting devices including a trebuchet. AP Art students were busy cleaning and organizing a year’s worth of art supplies, while some worked on relocating mosaic panels from onc side of the art building to make room to hang some large panels featuring AP Art students from past years tributes to favorite AHS faculty and staff. Ceramics students were working on various end-of-year projects, including ceramic tea pots and watercolors, as well as firing up the special raku kilns outside. RAKU are bisque-fired pieces coated in specialized metallic glazes and then heated rapidly in a high-temperature kiln, where glazes melt). The pieces are quickly removed while glowing red-hot using tongs, and plunged into a combustible-filled chamber to create colorful smoke effects! .mariner.art

Our Boys Baseball Team and Girls Softball Team won AGAIN in their opening rounds of the CCS Playoffs and are both going into the Semi-finals! Tonight the boys are at Santa Clara University to take on Menlo School (started at 6:30). Our Girls Softball will be traveled to Hollister High to take on Alisal High School starting at 6:30 tonight as well!. we don’t know the outcome of either game yet, but here are some photos courtesy of our Principal of the varsity baseball team in action this evening!
