Prepare for Success is an inside sales company that works with organizations in various healthcare fields. We currently have full time and part time positions available.
This opportunity is located in Appleton, WI, and offers you the opportunity to train and sell unique and exciting medical device products and service contracts to Hospitals, Medical Professionals, and Procurement Specialists.
We are seeking energetic, dedicated, success driven professionals. Experience in a call center environment is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Attention to detail is a must as is exemplary attendance. Any absence within the first 90-days (unless approved upon hire) may result in termination. Drug screen and background check are required.
What we offer:
A comprehensive paid training program opportunity that lays the groundwork for growth and success.
Continuous on-the-job training occurs with sales executives, our client’s clinical team, and our own in-house sales training team.
Family friendly hours: Monday through Friday: 8:00 – 4:30 with a no nights or weekends guarantee, with a potential partial work from home option upon successful completion of training and demonstrated success.
Competitive wages: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour. Final starting wage determinant on experience.
Paid Time Off: PTO eligibility begins on the date of hire and is paid out after the first 90-days of employment.
Performance based BONUS opportunity: Earn up to an additional $500.00 per month based on sales metrics after the completion of sales training. No hidden agenda – details of the bonus plan will be outlined during the interview process.
