Unseen Abilities is a Fox-Valley based business that provides neuroaffirming daily living skills, therapy, and parent support for children with neurodivergencies. Pulse member Jordan Ollech, founder and owner, started Unseen Abilities because she saw a need for more individualized, relationship-focused support that helps children build meaningful skills in real-life settings.
Since opening, Unseen Abilities has grown into a thriving small business serving families throughout the Fox Cities. From opening their Little Chute facility and launching monthly community events to building strong partnerships with local organizations, the focus has remained the same: meeting children where they are, celebrating their strengths, and helping families feel supported every step of the way. Jordan is excited to continue growing their impact through the Chamber and Pulse while connecting with other leaders who are passionate about strengthening our community!

Meet Jordan Ollech, the founder and owner of Unseen Abilities! The Fox-Valley based business provides neuroaffirming daily living skills, therapy, and parent support for children with neurodivergencies. Jordan started Unseen Abilities because she saw a need for more individualized, relationship-focused support that helps children build meaningful skills in real-life settings. Her own journey through chronic illness and multiple surgeries has shaped her perspective and reinforced the importance of ensuring that clients and families feel understood, supported, and empowered, which is the foundation of the care they provide.
As a young entrepreneur, Jordan has learned that you don't need to have all the answers before you begin. Unseen Abilities started with nothing more than a passion for helping families and a belief that she could make a difference. The business knowledge, leadership skills, and connections came along the way. If there is one thing she has learned, it's that when you lead with purpose, stay willing to learn, and surround yourself with the right people, a dream can grow into something far bigger than you ever imagined.
