is ending with an important reminder: resilience isn't just about surviving adversityโit's about thriving through it.
During Thriving Through Adversity, attendees explored the essential pillars of wellness that support long-term resilience in law enforcement: mental, physical, social, and spiritual well-being. Through practical strategies and interactive discussion, participants gained tools to strengthen their ability to navigate challenges, support one another, and foster a culture of wellness within their agencies.
As School Resource Officers continue serving students, schools, and communities, investing in personal resilience is critical to sustaining health, purpose, and performance.
