Lead Child Care Teacher

Do you LOVE working with kids?
Are your days better when they’re filled with fun, laughter, and little learners? If so, we want you to join our team!

We’re currently hiring part-time Lead Teachers for our licensed in-home child care locations on the North side of Appleton. Work with amazing children ages 2–4 in a creative, caring environment that feels like family.

🧸 Position Details:
• Part-Time: 1–2 days per week
• Age Group: 2–4 years old
• Location: North Appleton
• Pay: Very competitive!

✨ We’re looking for individuals who are:
• Passionate about working with children
• Reliable, nurturing, and creative
• Ready to make a positive impact every day

✅ Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Minimum Level 3 on the Wisconsin Registry
• Current Infant/Toddler CPR/AED certification
• ONE of the following:
• At least 3 college credits in Early Childhood Education, OR
• Completion of both:
• Introduction to the Child Care Profession, and
• Fundamentals of Family Child Care (non-credit courses)
