We’re running a demo at one of the NEW Apple Corps’ longest standing sponsors, Eagle Performance Plastics. Eagle is celebrating their 55th anniversary this year and we’re honored to be associated with them for nearly 30 of those years. Thank you for your support all these years!!

The team had a great day at Space Center Houston today. We saw an original Saturn V rocket, learned about the Artemis program, toured a decommissioned space shuttle and the 747 transport jet that was used to fly it from California to Florida, and learned a great deal about the US space program. What’s great way to wrap up our time here in Houston. The rest of our day will be spent winding down around the pool before we head for home tomorrow.

Last night was RoboProm at Daikin Field (Minute Maid Park), home of the Houston Astros. A couple thousand robotics team members for together for a good time of dancing and camaraderie. A small contingent from the NEW Apple Corps attended, some donning light-up suspenders and bow ties!

Had a fun and educational morning at the Houston Museum of Natural Science! Saw rare gems, exotic animals, dinosaur skeletons, and Faberge eggs and learned about the history of Egypt, complete with rare artifacts. Topped it off with the Unseen Universe planetarium show. Some of us saw the whole show and some of us caught a few short, much-deserved winks in between scenes in the show. Next up: checking in for our volunteer roles at George Brown Convention Center later this afternoon. The action heats up tomorrow!
