Right now, it looks like the weather will cooperate with us for tomorrow's first playgroup of the summer, Hello Summer, at Derks Park! We will post updates if anything changes or if we need to cancel. See you tomorrow!🕶️🧃

School may be out for the summer, but nutritious meals are still on the menu. Free breakfasts and lunches will be available for ALL youths 18 and under at participating AASD schools throughout the summer school session.🥦🍎

Join us tomorrow as we take part in the Fox Valley Family Empowerment Resource Fair! This event takes place between 8:30-1:00 at the Fox Valley Tech on Bluemound Drive and will provide community resources for parents, expecting parents and caregivers alike. 😃

It’s almost time! ☀️⛱️

In just two weeks, we’ll kick off our summer playgroups in the park with “Hello Summer!” 😎🛝

Join us at Derks Park for summer-themed games, crafts, and plenty of sunny fun. Don’t forget your sun hats and water bottles as we get ready for some Fun in the Sun! 💦🌞

Thank you to the 60+ friends who helped us end the schoolyear with a BOOM at Chicka Chicka Book Bonanza! 📚🥥

We played games and explored literacy through jungle themes, enjoyed a lively story time, collected new books for the summer, and created a variety of art projects including a group collaboration where everyone colored the first letter of their name and added it to our Chicka Chicka Tree!🌴

A special thank you to Miss Karen from the Appleton Public Library for helping us make this event a smashing success with her enthusiasm and animated story-telling. ✨

Thank you all for your continued support and for helping us bring these family fun events to life each year.

As May comes to an end, our team is getting excited for summer playgroups in the park! Be sure to mark your calendars— in just a couple of weeks, we’ll be kicking things off at Derks Park with our first Fun in the Sun group, “Hello, Summer!” 😎⛱️
No registration is needed—we simply ask that you check in with a Birth-Five team member when you arrive. We can’t wait to see you there! ☀️💦

We've extended our registration deadline for our Chicka Chicka Book Bonanza through today! We'd love for you to join us in the reading jungle as we play games, listen to stories, play music and other fun activities! 🥥🌴🐵

Let's end this year with a roaring good time playing jungle and literacy-themed games, enjoying puppets, music and story time with our friends from the Appleton Public Library, and going home with new activities and summer reading material!🐵🦛

This event also features a Book Swap, so if you have gently used books that you'd like to pass on to others, here's your chance to do so.😀

If you are still interested in signing up for our Tuesday group in May, "Stay & Play", we are still looking to fill our 10:30 AM time slot. This playgroup is a fun-filled hour of free play and socialization featuring story time, a craft, games and other fun activities!🧸📖🎶
