This was wonderful. I’m praying for those who won, the rest of the board, the district, the students, their parents and the rest of the community.

Just know, I will be keeping detailed notes on the proficiency levels of students and how the board will address this crisis.

Well done this campaign! You are all capable, genuine individuals. You all have fantastic intentions and look to help those in your community. Thank you for allowing me to compete alongside you.

And thank you to everyone who’s engaged with me, supported me, guided me and those who held me to account for my views and plan. It’s been a great experience these past many months and I feel closer to our community.

Right around 4 days left till the election! many have already voted. If you already have, thank you! If you’re voting Tuesday, Blackwell for School Board!!

Special Needs students are tremendous individuals with bright perspectives and kind hearts. School should be an inclusive environment and special e.d teachers need adequate resources and support!

When less than 40% of students can properly read or do math, I’m not too worried about pronouns.

There is very low turn out in AASD informal school board meetings. It’s such a great opportunity to sit with board members, express your applauds or concerns and understand how policies impact your district.

I propose the board makes an effort to have emails, voicemails or flyers sent to the community. Also, have flyers sent home with students.

I’d like to have teachers be given an exclusive meeting so that their insight and necessities can be directly addressed.

The cost of this effort is minimal and the benefit is tremendous.

Vote Next Tuesday, April, 4th!

The Nashville shooter was going to target a different school but CHOSE OTHERWISE because this particular school had ARMED SECURITY.

Tell me again that protecting our kids won’t work.
