All are welcome. The purpose of the club is to help foster friendships between students at AVHS.
Eagle Buddies, similar to the national club called Best Buddies, is a program much like a Big Brother/Sister program and is a extra curricular club at AVHS. It provides an opportunity for all students, including those with cognitive and physical disabilities, to participate in an after school club. Mainstream students can be paired up with another student or, like most members of Eagle Buddies, just come to participate in the group activities.

7:55 AM Eagle buddies picture today!!!!!
Hope you all had a wonderful winter break and a good first week back. We have an Eagle Buddies opportunity coming up right around the corner! Next Thursday during Eagle Day from 7:30- 8:20 A.M. we will have an activity. A sign up sheet will be located outside of Rm. 146 today and Monday. Please go sign up if you think you can come so the Eagle Buddies teachers can select you for Eagle Hour.
Current AVHS students!! Just a reminder we have our Eagle Buddies holiday movie tomorrow from 2:30-3:30 in room 124. Please let us know if you are able to attend and spread the word. There is a sign up sheet outside room 146.
Our first event will be next Tuesday, October 25 after school from 230 to 330 please sign up outside room 146!!!
Our first AVHS Eagle Buddies meeting will be on Thursday, October 13th at 7:10 AM or 2:30 PM in room 114!!
