Day 28.... 90/10 rule for the Bassai Challenge this rule states that to become proficient in a chosen task/exercise it is 90% physical and 10% mental. I employed this rule today. While at the office standing and waiting for my cup of coffee to brew....I began performing Bassai in my mind, and of course my hands and feet begin to move ever so slightly in cadence with the vision in my mind. Then......Bam!!!! cup of coffee was done brewing and my mental performance of Bassai was complete.
Remember you can train anytime and anywhere The Dojo is not a building but in the Heart.
