Shout out to our amazing Riptide Prep swimmers in both Apple Valley and Lakeville! This pre-swim team group practices twice per week for 45 minutes. They work hard every practice to develop their technique, and build endurance. With a healthy mix of work and fun, we always have a blast at these practices!
