A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Booster Club fundraiser raffle! Your incredible support helped us raise vital funds for our program, making this our biggest and most impactful fundraiser of the year. We held the drawing this afternoon at Rascals Bar & Grill—shout-out to them for their continued support. We also appreciate those who were in attendance as we revealed the winning tickets. We will be having our parent/player informational meeting this Sunday, February 1st at 7pm in the AVHS cafeteria area. This meeting is mandatory for all 8th-12th grade players interested in playing high school baseball this spring.

Coach Hendrickson and staff will be giving an overview of the program, what players can expect, updates to the field, important dates, etc

Also,
The Booster Club will be there with the raffle tickets that still have not been purchased/picked up by a large number of families. Remember, every player is responsible for paying booster fees every year. One option to cover your son's booster fees is to sell 10 raffle tickets at $20 a piece. A payment of $200 will need to be paid when you pick them up and then you keep the money once you sell them. The drawing will be held on February 7th at Rascal's at 2pm so you will still have time to sell them and get the stubs turned in for the drawing. If you do not want to sell raffle tickets, you do have the option to write a check/venmo a $150 payment to the AVHS Baseball Booster Club. Please make sure to bring cash/check/venmo to the meeting with you.

Reminder, that if you have not picked up your raffle tickets, please do so tonight. Tickets need to be paid for when you pick them up. A check can be made out to AVHS Baseball Booster Club or venmo in the amount of $200. When you sell the tickets, you keep the money collected which means you do not pay anything to cover booster dues. All High School players are responsible to pay their booster fees. This is what helps cover the cost of new equipment, field updates, etc!

If you do not want to sell raffle tickets, you can use the same two methods in the amount of $150 to cover your players' booster dues.

Tonight is the start of 2026 Captains Practice for the upcoming baseball season, open to all 8th thru 12th graders planning on trying out for the High School baseball teams. Tonight's practice is at the high school in the gyms. Schedule for the rest of the practices will be posted soon.
Raffle ticket will be available at practice tonight for those players that have not yet received them.
Today starts the next step on building a successful 2026 season.

We’re proud to announce that two of our Eagle baseball players have officially signed their commitment letters to continue their careers at the next level!

👏 Cam Noland signed with the Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs!
👏 Ryan Christensen has signed with the Minnesota Golden Gophers!

These two have been outstanding examples of hard work, leadership, and character—both on and off the diamond. We couldn’t be more excited for their futures.

Fall maybe coming here quickly but it's time to start thinking about baseball. Tomorrow there is a Booster Club meeting where we will start making plans for the upcoming 2026 spring season. Our program needs the support of the Booster club, and the club needs the support of you. There will also be an informational meeting to follow the regular meeting covering the spring trip.
Booster club starts 6:30 community room AVHS, trip meeting will follow roughly 7:15ish.

Today was the baseball awards banquet, where we gathered to celebrate a season full of hits, misses, and everything in between. Reflecting on the good times, the tough times, and the downright bizarre ones, this standout season will definitely be remembered—though we'll aim to top it next year. A big shoutout to the seniors for building a solid foundation (and maybe for some questionable jokes too). Awards from this past season were handed out, and here they are for everyone to enjoy
