2024 North America Ice Diving Festival

Registration is now officially open!

Largest Ice Diving Festival in the World

We will be having divers coming in from around the world, expecting over 100 divers and 600 attendees.

10 holes for both Ice Fun Dives and Ice Certifications

Cost:
Already Ice Certified: $75
Getting Ice Certified: $295 (PADI, SDI or ERDI)
Getting PADI Ice Instructor: $275

For PADI Ice certification, must be al least Advance Open Water, 18 year of age with cold water experience. We will only be able to accept 30 Ice Diving certifications during the Festival - first come! Recommend divers who are located around the Twin Cities - Minnesota get Ice Certified prior to the Festival with MidWest School of Diving and then still attend at no additional cost the Ice Festival for a fun dive.

Planning on having a Saturday evening Ice (Night) Dive, divers need to be Ice Certified along with Night certified, no training during this evening dive. Extra logistics for this dive so we have to charge an additional $20 per diver.

Orientation-Safety meeting on Friday evening the 1st of March which is mandatory for all divers, starting at 6pm.

Everyone will receive a 2024 North American Ice Diving Festival t-shirt.

Due to the number of divers attending, divers should expect to come in with all of their gear including underwater flashlights.

We will be offering addition classes during the Ice Festival; PSI-PCI courses, DAN Courses, planning on having service seminars for equipment repair.

Travel destinations, resorts and Bureau of Tourisms from various locations.

Food vender on the Ice for attendees.

Expecting over 25 Scuba Manufacturers attending and having displays on the product.

Expecting representatives from PADI, SDI-TDI-ERDI, SSI, DAN and NAUI attending.

Thank you all again to my many students, it finally came in from PADI but I have now joined the elite instructors for PADI.

The year has wrapped up and what a great year it was. I have been awarded the certificate of excellence from PADI. Thank you to all my students your comments to PADI on my abilities as an instructor has led to this achievement.

Regular season may be over but ice season has begun. Congratulations to our new ice divers and divemasters!

Beautiful October weekend for scuba diving. New Open Water Scuba Divers, New Full Face Mask Divers and lastly new Drysuit divers. Congratulations to all the new scuba divers and those with new certifications. The season isn't over yet, next weekend another Open Water Scuba Diver class.

This last week and a half has been very busy, hosted a dive trip to Bali, Specialty Instructor classes Deep Diver and Night Diver, and an Open Water Scuba Diver class. Congratulations to all of the divers and their new certifications. We are still going strong with a Open Water Scuba Diver, Advance Open Water Diver and Drysuit Diver certification this weekend along with the annual Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest. If you are wanting to get deep and wreck diver certified, now is your chance! I will be diving Split Rock the 15th to the 18th. Class will be on Thursday the 15th and diving will be Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th at 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. and Sunday the 18th at 8:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. Message me via FB if interested and do it ASAP as space is limited. Pleas note all accommodations outside of diving will be needing to secured by the individual diver. Deadline to sign up will be Tuesday the 13th at 4:30 P.M.
