We were excited to see so many parents, teachers, students, staff, and community members come together ready to connect, get involved, and make an impact! 🙌🏾

What an AMAZING way to kick off the 2026–2027 PTA Calendar school year!

A heartfelt thank you to all of our Phillis Wheatley Elementary School families, staff, and community members who came out and showed their Panther Pride at our first PTA Kickoff Meeting of the school year!

We are especially excited and grateful for the opportunity to officially welcome our new principal, Dr. Broner, to the Phillis Wheatley Elementary School family! We are so excited about the journey ahead and look forward to working together to make this an incredible school year for our students, families, teachers, and staff.

Please join the Phillis Wheatley Elementary School PTA in congratulating Ms. Tamara Campbell 2026-2027 Teacher of the Year and Ms. Caroline Bradshaw the 2026-2027 Support Person of the Year. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to our scholars and school community are greatly appreciated. We are proud to celebrate these well-deserved accomplishments.
