During this meeting, we will be taking nominations for the 2026–2027 PTO Board. Whether you’re interested in a leadership role or simply want to learn more, we would love to have you join us. Below are a list of the positions with brief descriptions. If you have questions about the roles or PTO as a whole, please message Amber Colclasure.

President
Leads the organization and runs meetings
Sets goals and oversees all PTO activities
Works closely with the school principal and staff
Ensures the group follows bylaws and policies

Vice President
Assists the president and fills in when needed
Often oversees events alongside the President
Helps coordinate events and volunteers

Secretary
Records meeting minutes and maintains records
Handles correspondence (emails, notices, etc.)
Keeps important documents organized

Treasurer
Manages finances (budgeting, tracking expenses, deposits)
Prepares financial reports for meetings
Ensures transparency and proper use of funds
