When we shift our language, we shift a child’s experience.

Instead of immediately evaluating a child’s work, invite reflection.

“Tell me about your work.”

This simple question communicates curiosity, respect, and genuine interest. It reminds children that the value of their work isn’t found in our approval, but in their own process, effort, and joy of creating.

Sometimes, the most meaningful words we say are the ones that invite children to tell their own story.

MEPI is seeking recommendations!

We are looking for someone to help refresh and maintain the MEPI website. The site is currently built on Wix, and we would love to connect with an individual or small business experienced in website design, user experience, and ongoing website maintenance.

MEPI is an international Montessori organization serving educators, schools, and teacher education programs.

Experience with nonprofits and/or Montessori education is a plus.
