We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who understands that good marketing doesn’t need to make aviation more confusing than it already is.

You’ll build campaigns, create content, help run events, manage social media, and occasionally find yourself standing around the hangar with a camera filming preflights.

🎉 ANOTHER CFI IN THE BOOKS! ✈️

Today we’re celebrating a huge accomplishment for one of our own!

Please join us in congratulating Bruno Stupiello on officially passing his Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) Checkride! 👏

Bruno has been a familiar face at our Sanford location, working hard as one of our line technicians while relentlessly pursuing his dream of becoming a pilot. Behind every hour on the line was another hour studying, flying, preparing, and refusing to give up on his goal.

Watching members of our own team grow within D&J Aviation is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Some days remind you that aviation isn’t just about airplanes. It’s about people, dreams, and moments you’ll carry with you forever.

Today, a family walked through our doors with their grandfather. To say he loves airplanes would be an understatement. Aviation has been one of his greatest passions for as long as anyone can remember. He can tell you about airplanes for hours, watches them every chance he gets, and has spent a lifetime admiring the skies.

But there was one thing he’d never done…

He had never flown in a small airplane.

His family kept the surprise a secret until they arrived at D&J Aviation. The moment they told him he wasn’t just here to watch airplanes, but that he was actually going to fly in one, his emotions took over and tears filled his eyes.

It wasn’t for a birthday.
It wasn’t for Father’s Day.
It wasn’t for Christmas.
There wasn’t any special occasion at all.

It was simply a family wanting to give someone they love a memory he’d never forget.

Those are the moments that stay with you.

Seeing the excitement in his eyes, watching him walk toward the airplane with a smile that said everything words couldn’t, and knowing we had the privilege of making a lifelong dream come true… that’s what this is all about.

To this incredible family, thank you for trusting us with such a special surprise.

And to Grandpa, congratulations on your very first flight. After a lifetime of looking up at airplanes, you finally got to see the world from above.

We hope this was only the beginning of your journey in the skies. ❤️✈️
