Build a Stronger Mind. Perform at Your Best.
Who: Youth Athletes Ages 8–18
What: A 6-Week Mental Skills Training Program
When: Weekly Sessions — Only $20 per session
Where: In person or virtual
Cost: $120 total (6 sessions)

Led by an experienced mental health professional: B.A. in psychology, M.S.Ed in Mental Health Counseling, over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and Previous multi-sport athlete (baseball, football, band)
