Kiddies' Korner Kiddies' Korner Nursery School, Inc. is a private, non-profit org, licensed by the PA Dept. of Ed. Kiddies' Korner Nursery School (KKNS), Inc.

is a private, non-profit organization, licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and run by a voluntary Board of Directors. KKNS was created by a group of local parents in 1977. They wanted to provide a structured atmosphere where children have hands-on experience. KKNS is not a miniature first grade filled with abstract formal learning. Instead, we try to meet each child's needs throug

h individualized instruction, as well as group activities such as games, songs, and crafts. Currently, our staff (three of which are PA licensed teachers) have over 60 years combined experience. We offer 3 levels of classes: Tots, Nursery, and Pre-Kindergarten. Each level builds on the skills acquired in the previous program. All classes include shared story time, play time, and group activities where the children are encouraged to cooperate and interact with both the teachers and the other children. Throughout the school year, look for special features and events such as:

* Holiday class parties
* Secret Santa Shoppe
* Open House
* Spring Tea where the Pre-K classes prepare a luncheon for a special guest
* Graduation ceremony for Pre-K
* Yearbook
* End of year Picnic

The deadline for Armstrong County Community Foundation's EITC Scholarship Program is just one month away — applications must be completed and submitted by July 17, 2026!

These scholarships help eligible families access tuition assistance for Pre-K through 12th grade students attending participating private schools.

✅ Armstrong County residents or those who work in Armstrong County may qualify for Pre-K scholarships.

✅ Armstrong or Butler County residents or those who work in Armstrong or Butler County may qualify for K–12 scholarships.
