The reason why I do the same work out every day is because allows me to be consistent because I don’t have to make decisions on what to do and the most important thing is I am sure that I get everything that I need by including it all in this one daily practice. I used to have to choose between strength training or stretching, or meditation. And every time when I choose one thing, I miss out on the other and so my state of mind every day was fluctuating. On days that I did strength training, I felt really strong but my mind was not calm and focused. On the days that I would meditate. I felt very clear mentally but I didn’t have the energy. On the days that I would just focus on stretching I didn’t feel like I was getting a good enough workout and had pent-up energy on the inside. I think it’s so important that everyone gets in a practice that includes massage, strength training, stretching, breathing and meditation. If you want to be balanced on the inside, we need to make sure that our workouts are also balanced.

I myself have practiced this way when i was injured, watching a class is still participating. You learn things you would not have seen otherwise!

(if you are unable to due to work, or illness, or another situation, you MUST inform Sa Bom Nim Lemner for approval) Member will be approved first by instructor, then at Pre-test, if need to wait they will be informed and reason. Retest’s are done with Mentor group *Note: Effective May, if students Federation membership is expired there will be a $20.00 studio fee. Also if students are not able to attend pre-test they will be moved to the next month.
