💖📣🧹 CLEAN UP DAY THIS SATURDAY JULY 25th 🧹📣💖

From 8:00am - 1:00pm we need volunteers for two crews to help beautify and clean up our campus!

1️⃣Crew 1 will work with staff inside the school to help prep lounge and gathering areas.
2️⃣Crew two will work outside raking leaves and flower beds, spreading new mulch, trimming trees etc.

💖 Stay the entire time, or just drop by for an hour - all volunteers are welcome. THANK YOU!

🛍️ Staff "Swag Bag" Stuffing: We need a few extra hands next week to help assemble welcome bags for the staff. All materials are here so this can take place any day next week — Please contact Ms. Bohland [email protected]

✂️ Bulletin Board Prep: If you happen to have a Cricut or other die-cutting machine, we need help cutting out paper horseshoes for one of our welcome back bulletin boards. You can easily do this at home -- we'll supply the digital file and the paper! We will need these done by Friday, July 24th.

📷 Volunteer Photographer for Team Photos: We are looking for someone to snap team photos of our staff on July 28th, 12:15-1:15p. You don't need to be a professional—just comfortable with a camera or a high-quality smartphone.

📸 Volunteer Photographers for Website Upgrade: We have just launched a newly redesigned school website. We want our new site to reflect the joy, learning, and sense of community that make our school such a special place. The new website design is modern and highly visual, which means strong, authentic photos will help us tell our story and showcase our amazing students, teachers, and learning spaces.

🐴 To help make this happen, we are looking for photographers or those who enjoy taking photos. We will share guidance from the district on the types of photos needed and work with staff to ensure students photographed have permission.
