AIM Tutoring

After immediate needs are met including spiritual, healthcare and hygiene, clients begin vocational training to develop the skills and character needed to have successful employment and overcome issues that are negatively affecting their lives! While staying at the Mission, clients participate in vocational training, performing daily tasks that contribute to the overall organization. In completing daily responsibilities and job and life skills training, clients are soon ready to seek a job outside the Mission. Raleigh Rescue Mission partners with local agencies and employers to help clients obtain jobs. The New Life Plan and Jobs for Life allows clients to achieve transformation and move to independence. Hi! My name is Mac Ball. I am a junior in high school. I’ve always really enjoyed math and I love helping others who may need a little extra help with their math classes.

I volunteer once a week to tutor kids at The Raleigh Rescue Mission. It’s such a great opportunity to give back to the community and I love connecting with the kids.
