Its gotten too hot to shuck outside, so farewell to our Monday evenings at the AYC…we’ll see y’all back out there when things cool down. Ok folks, who here wants to eat more oysters but holds back because you dont know how to shuck well? Come on down to the Apalachicola Yacht Club tomorrow from 4-6 where, as usual, we'll be serving up delicious local oysters priced for local eaters. But this Monday, buy a bag of 25 ($25) and you can get a personal "Shuck Like a Pro" lesson from an expert who just shucked their 10,000th oyster. Tag the friend you know needs this lesson!
