These kids are so cool!!! For the 6th year in a row our squad played their hearts out in Prescott. They enjoyed their weekend up north out of the heat and their scores showed it! Thank you to the Southwest PGA Junior Golf and Antelope Hills Golf staff for putting on yet another amazing event.

Our 17U PGA Jr. League team was graciously invited to play beautiful Troon North this past weekend in preparation for the Southwest PGA Section Championship August 7th - 9th at Antelope Hills Golf in Prescott. It was an absolutely amazing day on one of the best golf courses in the state. Thank you to Doug and his team for hosting us again.

I am extremely honored and proud to coach these amazing kids. They have all been hard at work in the 115 degree weather heat we have had lately. For 6 YEARS IN A ROW now and 9th total time these players have earned their spot in the championship and have shown what the East Valley has to offer. Let’s go play some good golf and have fun with our friends.

Heck Yeah LARRY!!!!!!! is playing on Championship Wednesday! Our Hero played his butt off and made the cut.

The last two days have been exactly what this man has worked so hard for. He plays and practices and tinkers and try’s more each day just to get better and “hang with the young kids” as he says. Well he did just that, he hit bad shots but followed them up with putting bombs 💣. He had all the highs and lows over 36 holes. On hole 36 when that final 35 foot par putt slammed into the back of the hole, it was the best feeling in the world to tell him he made the cut by one stroke. I think some people started crying. Good work sir. You have worked so so hard every day to be in this position, now let’s go have some fun tomorrow and make some highlight reals for the golf channel.

Dinner, fireworks, and the practice rounds done! Woodmont Country Club is Pure! The Woodmont staff and USGA staff have already made the atmosphere incredible. But most importantly the best adaptive golfers in the world are ready to show the universe why this game is so special. Good luck to and all of the other amazing competitors this week.
