I’ve made intentional changes to our curriculum, schedule, and overall implementation to strengthen our culture and build an even stronger community. Growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through vision, values, creativity, and most importantly, patience.

As a leader, I understand that my growth is just as important as our students’ growth. When I elevate, they elevate. When I sharpen my skills, our entire dojo sharpens together.

Some individuals understand the work my students put in; they are dedicated and work extremely hard. The success taught inside my dojo is bigger than tournaments. The teaching is preparing them for life; excellence is the only standard. Mediocrity does not exist because we must be that much better! Such is life!
