Marc has officially earned his black belt, and I couldn’t be more proud.

This journey wasn’t easy. There were challenges, tough days, and moments that required real discipline—but he stayed consistent and trusted the process.

Marc is a hard worker who kept showing up, improving, and growing every step of the way.

This is a big accomplishment, and it reflects the effort he’s put in over time.

Big things are happening inside the dojo!

I’ve made intentional changes to our curriculum, schedule, and overall implementation to strengthen our culture and build an even stronger community. Growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through vision, values, creativity, and most importantly, patience.

As a leader, I understand that my growth is just as important as our students’ growth. When I elevate, they elevate. When I sharpen my skills, our entire dojo sharpens together.
