Had the privilege of hosting this month’s Chapter meeting, bringing together local industry chefs, faculty, and students for an insightful and delicious session.

Many thanks to the representatives from National Pork Board and for an engaging presentation on pork trends, sustainability, and product innovation.

It’s always inspiring to learn from industry leaders and connect with the next generation of culinary talent. Huge thanks to everyone who attended!

Wow! What a great group of students we met this week for the Hospitality and Culinary Arts Open House. Our Nashville State students start their journey here from all stages of their life and career. As the only campus with Culinary Arts classrooms and labs, our students commute from all over Middle Tennessee. What an honor.
Our culinary faculty and team looks forward to have the privilege of meeting them where they are and taking the next steps together.
