This past weekend, our FCCLA chapter proudly represented our school at Regional competitions held at DACC East Campus in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Competing against schools from across the southern region, including Chaparral, Centennial, Organ Mountain, Silver City, and many more, our students truly shined.

We had 25 competitors, and of those, an incredible 23 have officially qualified to advance to State in February! 🙌

Hello Everyone! As our school year winds down, we are just about a month and a half away from traveling to Seattle, WA for our National Leadership Conference. Collectively our members have a little over $5000 to raise. We've created a calendar and kindly request your support.

A bit late due to a crazy week before Spring Break however…We are writing to share some exciting updates from our recent participation in the State Leadership Conference held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our students represented Gadsden High School and GISD with professionalism and pride, and I'm thrilled to highlight their accomplishments.

The Gadsden FCCLA Chapter was honored to receive the GOLD award in the "Chapter of Distinction" category, recognizing our commitment to excellence. Additionally, we secured the 3rd place "Spirited Award" for our efforts in increasing membership for the 2023-2024 school year. These achievements reflect the dedication and enthusiasm of our members.

We want to acknowledge Danny Ramirez for his remarkable journey in applying for the State Executive Council office position. Making it to the 5th round was a significant accomplishment and a first in our chapter's history. Danny's dedication is truly commendable.

Lastly, congratulations are in order for Ms. Amanda Holguin on being selected as Region 1 FCCLA Board Member. Her leadership will undoubtedly contribute to the success of our organization.
