🎃🧁 Pumpkin Banana Mini Muffins

These soft, bite-sized muffins are a fun way to welcome fall while getting little ones involved in the kitchen.

Why you'll love it:
🍌 Naturally sweet from bananas
🎃 Pumpkin adds vitamins A and C
👩‍🍳 Baking together helps children practice measuring, mixing, and fine motor skills

Ingredients:
🍌 2 ripe bananas, mashed
🎃 ½ cup pumpkin puree
🥚 2 eggs (or egg substitute)
🌾 1½ cups flour (or gluten-free flour)
🍂 1 tsp cinnamon
🧁 1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
1️⃣ Mix wet ingredients.
2️⃣ Stir in dry ingredients.
3️⃣ Fill mini muffin cups ⅔ full.
4️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 15–18 minutes.

🍉 Watermelon Fruit Pizza 🍓🫐

A refreshing summer snack that's fun for kids to help decorate!

Ingredients:
🍉 1 large watermelon slice (about 1-inch thick)
🍓 Your choice of fruits: Strawberries
🫐 Blueberries
🥝 Kiwi slices
🍌 Banana slices
Optional: Plain Greek yogurt

👩‍🍳 Directions:
1. Cut the watermelon into triangle ""pizza"" slices.
2. Spread a thin layer of yogurt (optional).
3. Let kids decorate with their favorite fruit.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
